Position Overview
We’re seeking a Product Designer to help our team expand our approach, philosophy, and delivery of core products. In this role, you’ll be part of a centralized design team, focusing on the product delivery of data-centric solutions for healthcare payers and providers.
Responsibilities
- Designing product concepts that balance vision, craft, speed, and business potential.
- Delivering artifacts at all stages of the design process: user flows, visual mockups, data visualizations, prototypes, and user testing synthesis.
- Communicating perspectives on your work in written form.
- Working cross-functionally with product management, engineering, data, and design colleagues.
- Contributing to and operating within a Design Language System.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience crafting and shipping user experiences.
- Portfolio highlighting multiple projects and your direct contributions.
Skills
- Expertise in one to two core design skills (e.g., visual design, interaction design).
- Experience with qualitative user research and data presentation.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working with Development and Product teams through an agile process.

This position is remote, with a preference for East Coast candidates.
