We are looking for professionals with excellent English communication skills to join our US Process team. The role involves conducting survey calls with store managers and shopkeepers in the FMCG industry to gather feedback on product availability and service-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound survey calls to store managers and shopkeepers across the US.
• Collect feedback regarding FMCG products and service-related concerns.
• Record responses accurately in the assigned system.
• Maintain professionalism and call quality standards.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Eligibility

• Any Degree.
• Excellent spoken and written English (Mandatory).
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.

5:00 PM – 2:00 AM (IST)

Salary & Benefits

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month. Performance-based incentives. Opportunity for performance-based salary appraisal after the training period.
