Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities
• Generate new business leads through cold calling and other outreach methods
• Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
• Explain our services clearly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Schedule appointments with interested prospects
• Follow up with prospects regularly
• Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients
• Convert prospects into customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Maintain accurate call records and customer information
• Provide regular reports on sales activities and progress
• Assist with other official business-related tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls, including cold calls
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Professional phone etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have your own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection
• A quiet workspace to make and receive customer calls during working hours
• Ability to work towards monthly sales targets and conduct regular follow-ups
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and willing to learn
