This role is suitable for someone who is practical, dependable, and able to think independently. We are not looking for a person who simply knows the names of many tools. We want someone who understands the purpose behind the work, applies sound judgement, and takes responsibility for outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research based on search intent, competition, and business value.
• Review and improve website pages, landing pages, blogs, titles, descriptions, internal links, and other on-page SEO elements.
• Identify technical, content, and website-structure issues that may affect search performance.
• Plan and implement realistic SEO strategies.
• Research relevant link-building and authority-building opportunities.
• Monitor website traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Review analytics data and identify useful trends, problems, and opportunities.
• Prepare clear reports that explain what happened, why it happened, and what should be done next.
• Support SEO and paid search campaigns when required.
• Coordinate with content, technical, and management teams to complete marketing work.
• Recommend practical improvements based on data and business priorities.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of full-time experience in SEO or digital marketing.
• Practical experience using AI tools to support marketing and SEO work.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and complete tasks responsibly.
