We are looking for a WhatsApp Automation Specialist to manage and execute automated communication workflows using WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, or similar platforms. This is a part-time, remote position ideal for individuals experienced in chatbot workflows, automation, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and manage WhatsApp automation workflows using tools like Twilio, Gupshup, or WATI.
• Integrate WhatsApp automation with CRMs, websites, and internal tools.
• Create templates for automated messages (order confirmations, reminders, customer support).
• Monitor and optimize performance for higher engagement and conversion.
• Work with content and support teams to ensure consistency in communication.
• Stay up to date with WhatsApp Business policies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Gupshup, WATI, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of automation logic, chatbot flows, and trigger-based messaging.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Make.com is a plus.
• Basic technical knowledge (APIs, webhooks, CRMs).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience with marketing automation or customer support workflows preferred.
