BrightBeam is seeking a Short-Form Video Editor to join our remote team. This role involves editing and repurposing short-form videos for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Produce variations of high-performing reels by adjusting visuals, pacing, and adding B-roll.
• Edit new short-form content with strong hooks and a platform-native feel.
• Maintain organized project files and version control.
• Deliver multiple reels per day while ensuring quality and creativity.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in editing short-form social videos.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating editing decisions and results.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Understanding of U.S. internet culture and platform aesthetics.
• Strong written English skills and ability to work independently.
