Responsibilities and Duties:

• Writing a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms like website, blogs, articles, social updates, banners, etc.
• Outstanding overall writing skills in several different styles and tones.
• Identify customer’s needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
• Ensure that the content is relevant to our services and generates customer interest.
• Develop project documentation, website content, and presentations including talking points, slides, and other support materials.
• Coordinate with our sales and technical teams to illustrate articles and ensure good quality statements and documents.
• Promote company content, news, and promotions on social media.
• Update website content as needed.
• Demonstrate a mature personality and serious attitude towards the job.
• Traveling may be required depending upon need.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years work experience as a Content Writer or similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and understand their audiences.
• A flexible approach to daily work, handling multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
• Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, or related field.
