We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist (Performance Marketing) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, and digital analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage Search, Display, Video, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
• Execute PPC campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Set up and manage conversion tracking using GA4, GTM, and Pixels.
• Optimize landing pages and marketing funnels to improve conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
• Work closely with the design and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives.
• Implement SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
