We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Generalist proficient in Blender to produce high-quality, short-form animated content for platforms like YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels.

Responsibilities

• Handle scene layout, character animation, lighting setups, final rendering, and sound effects placement.
• Produce a minimum of 10 complete, sub-60-second animated videos per month.
• Maintain visual and narrative consistency across all projects while following provided creative briefs.
• Utilize company-provided character models and customized Blender render presets.
• Communicate actively with the lead editor and creative director.

Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Blender.
• Experience in producing vertical, high-resolution animations.
• Ability to integrate audio design and sound effects.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Reliable communication during project hours.
