We are hiring a driven sales professional who loves building relationships, understanding client needs, and matching them with the right advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients over phone, WhatsApp, and CRM channels.
• Understand each client's goals and recommend the right advertising, branding, or promotional solution.
• Present our services clearly and confidently.
• Own the full journey from lead to closed client.
• Track conversations, updates, and follow-ups inside the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships that bring repeat business.
• Coordinate with our creative and operations teams so client needs are delivered accurately.
• Meet your monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years in sales, business development, account management, or client acquisition.
• Experience in advertising, media, marketing, or branding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
• A professional, accountable, target-driven attitude.
• Strong spoken and written English and Hindi required.
• Additional regional languages are a plus.
