Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new customer leads.
• Understand clients’ financial and insurance requirements.
• Explain insurance plans, benefits, terms, and conditions clearly.
• Recommend suitable insurance products based on customer needs.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Assist customers with policy documentation and renewals.
• Stay updated on insurance products, policies, and industry developments.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of insurance and financial products is an advantage.
• Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
