We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and creative News/Podcast Anchor cum Social Media Manager to host podcasts and create social media content. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong on-camera presence, and a deep understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host and moderate episodes featuring health, fitness, and wellness experts.
• Conduct research and prepare insightful interview questions.
• Build engaging conversations that extract valuable insights from guests.
• Coordinate podcast schedules, guest communication, and recordings.
• Create podcast snippets, reels, and promotional content.
• Manage and grow social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Develop content calendars and posting schedules.
• Write engaging captions and social media posts.
• Monitor audience engagement and community interactions.
• Track performance metrics and suggest strategies for growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team for content ideation and campaign execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong presentation, interviewing, and public-speaking abilities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of content marketing and digital marketing.
