Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to lead the visual storytelling for Techcospace's brand and marketing content. You will be the creative force behind social media carousels, educational posters, campaign creatives, and brand assets that simplify complex career advice into easy-to-understand visuals for our 900,000+ user community.
Responsibilities
- Design original, high-quality social media creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Translate long-form content into visually engaging carousels and posters.
- Build and maintain a consistent visual identity/design system across all marketing and product touchpoints.
- Design marketing assets including landing page graphics, email creatives, ads, and banners.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to understand messaging goals.
- Create and manage icons, illustrations, and custom graphic elements.
- Maintain organized, well-structured, editable source files for all design work.
- Stay updated on design trends across social media and recruitment content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
- Provide creative direction and feedback, and mentor junior designers.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong foundation in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Proven ability to design consistent, on-brand visual systems.
- Experience turning dense written content into simple visual formats.
- Sharp eye for spacing, alignment, detail, and overall polish.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with teams.
- Self-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.

Experience designing for career, recruitment, HR-tech, or edtech brands is a plus.
