• Edit new short-form content with strong hooks and a platform-native feel.
• Maintain organized project files and uphold quality standards.
• Propose creative directions and sustain a reliable daily output.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in editing short-form social video.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and decisions.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
• Understanding of U.S. internet culture and platform aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
