We're looking for a Staff Product Designer to tackle Koru's most complex design challenges. This role involves working on projects that span multiple teams and client accounts, often without a defined brief. You will set high standards for design quality and AI-informed practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and ship large, cross-team projects independently, adapting scope as needed.
• Identify and diagnose problems before they are assigned, spotting opportunities for improvement.
• Set the visual direction for products without executing every detail personally.
• Establish AI UX standards and maintain design patterns for others to use.
• Mentor designers across various projects and advocate for team members.
• Contribute to initiatives that enhance Koru's visibility and offerings.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product or UX design, primarily at a senior level.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating measurable business outcomes and leadership in cross-functional work.
• Experience with B2B products; HealthTech experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered features.
• Proficiency in prototyping and validating ideas.
