VJR Estate Properties is looking for a Telecaller to join our team on a work-from-home basis. In this role, you will call potential and existing clients, explain property details, and coordinate site visit schedules for our ongoing real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients
• Explain property details clearly, including location, pricing, amenities, plot/flat sizes, and possession status
• Answer client queries and provide guidance on ongoing projects
• Schedule and coordinate client site visits
• Update and maintain client visit records as instructed
• Follow up with clients before and after scheduled visits
• Maintain accurate records of calls and client responses
• Share a daily call summary and visit update with the manager

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate preferred; candidates with strong communication skills and no prior experience are also welcome to apply
• Fluent in Kannada and English
• Clear, professional telephone communication skills
• Minimum qualification: 10+2 (higher qualification preferred)
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Access to a phone and stable internet connection
