Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Video Creator - Marathi to join our growing content team. The primary responsibility of this role is to produce, script, and edit high-quality videos in Marathi that bring the impactful stories of protagonists to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scripting & Storyboarding:
  Research and write scripts for video stories in Marathi, ensuring the content is engaging and accurate. Develop storyboards and visual concepts that highlight the core message of each story.
• Video Production:
  Create visually appealing videos that maintain high-quality standards. Coordinate with protagonists to schedule interviews and acquire required footage.
• Protagonist Outreach & Interviews:
  Reach out to potential protagonists for interviews and gather relevant content.
• Video Editing:
  Edit video content using industry-standard editing tools to create engaging videos.
• Content Optimization:
  Adapt video content for different platforms, ensuring optimal delivery for various digital and social channels.
• Content Research & Development:
  Continuously research and identify new, inspiring stories for potential video creation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in video creation or content creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent scripting and writing skills in Marathi.
• Experience conducting interviews and handling protagonist coordination.
• A good eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation.
• Experience in multimedia content (photography, audio, etc.).
• Passion for positive storytelling and social impact.
