Core Responsibilities

• High-Impact Reel Production: Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high-quality social media Reels to drive engagement and course enrollment.
• Strategic Engagement Growth: Analyze performance metrics and optimize strategies for continuous engagement growth.
• Elite Graphic Design: Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Canva to enhance static imagery and graphics.
• Creative Authority: Uphold a consistent, premium aesthetic across all platforms.
• Feedback & Iteration: Participate in virtual review sessions and execute rapid iterations based on feedback.
• Asset Management: Maintain organized records of all digital assets.
• Trend Forecasting: Stay updated on social media trends and introduce innovative concepts.

Qualifications

• Must be available Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time.
