Job Description

Regenpower Solutions Pvt Ltd is a leading Australian solar energy company focused on delivering reliable and sustainable solar solutions. We are looking for a highly qualified and articulate professional for the role of Research Assistant in the Solar Domain.

This role emphasizes bridging the gap between academia, industry, and our organization through content creation, expert coordination, and strategic knowledge development. The ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in solar/renewable energy, the ability to understand technical concepts, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Academic & Industry Engagement: Liaise with professors, researchers, and domain experts; build strategic collaborations; coordinate expert discussions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Thought Leadership & Content Creation: Write articles, whitepapers, and blogs; draft technical opinion pieces; convert complex technical information into clear content.
  • Publication & Knowledge Management: Publish content in industry journals; manage submissions and respond to peer reviews; maintain a knowledge base of emerging research.
  • Market & Policy Intelligence: Monitor solar industry trends; prepare reports for internal stakeholders; assist leadership in developing data-backed perspectives.
  • Internal Support: Support leadership during conferences; prepare expert notes and ensure technical accuracy across all content.

Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Solar Energy, Renewable Energy, Energy Engineering, Sustainability, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of solar technologies and industry landscape.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Experience in academic writing or technical content development is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret research papers and data.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in writing for journals or industry publications.
  • Ability to convert technical information into simple communication.
  • Strong network within the solar/renewable energy academic community.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the solar domain but prefers writing, analysis, curation, and collaboration over in-lab technical research.
