TutorHive is a premium 1:1 online tutoring platform delivering engaging, personalized learning experiences for students in Grades 5–12. We primarily serve students in the UAE, with a growing presence in other international markets and India.

We are looking for passionate tutors who can make learning interactive, enjoyable, and effective while building students' confidence and academic success.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging one-on-one online tutoring sessions for students in Grades 5–12.
• Teach primarily students based in the UAE and, where required, students in India.
• Adapt lessons based on each student's curriculum, learning style, and academic goals.
• Create an interactive learning environment by encouraging questions, discussions, and critical thinking.
• Use digital whiteboards and online teaching tools effectively.
• Provide lesson summaries and homework where appropriate.
• Build positive relationships with students and communicate professionally with parents.
• Maintain punctuality, professionalism, and consistent lesson quality.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken English.
• Friendly, patient, and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to deliver interactive and engaging lessons.
• Experience teaching one or more curricula: CBSE, British Curriculum, Cambridge, IB.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience.
• Access to a laptop, webcam, stable internet connection, and a quiet teaching environment.
