Job Description
LGTLUX is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Entry-Level Engineering Coordinator to support our project teams in taking designs from concept through commissioning. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking for hands-on exposure to infrastructure engineering, project coordination, and the lighting design process.
Responsibilities
- Support project managers and engineers with day-to-day coordination of active lighting design projects.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, drawings, and submittals.
- Assist in compiling technical specifications, tender documents, and commissioning checklists.
- Prepare quotations, capability statements, proposals, and service presentations.
- Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Schedule meetings, track follow-ups, and help maintain project files and records.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to build long-term business relationships.
- Support data entry and organization for photometric calculations and reports.
- Help prepare materials for client presentations and project reviews.
- Take on other work and responsibilities as per business need.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (recent graduates welcome), OR equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project management or CAD software is a plus.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Interest in infrastructure, engineering, or lighting design is a strong plus.
