About the Role
We are looking for a Voice Designer who will ensure our AI agents sound human and handle sensitive conversations effectively. You will focus on US English voices for live collections calls and work on making the process repeatable for future locales.

Responsibilities

• Design and refine voices for AI agents.
• Ensure compliance language is delivered effectively.
• Work in the pipeline to edit and adjust voice configurations.
• Cast and record voice actors, and prepare recordings for use.
• Establish quality metrics for voice evaluations.

Requirements

• Professional experience in sound design or audio production.
• Ability to record and edit speech.
• Strong understanding of American English accents.
• Comfortable working in a terminal environment.
• Availability for client calls during US afternoons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TTS or voice cloning technologies.
• Background in regulated industries like healthcare or financial services.
• Interest in expanding to other locales beyond US English.
