As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you’ll lead design projects from concept to completion, working closely with cross-functional teams to craft intuitive and visually appealing user experiences. You’ll mentor junior designers and collaborate with external stakeholders to deliver design solutions that meet both business and user needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems.
• Mentor and guide junior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design of B2B or Enterprise products.
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise is a plus.
