• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Process orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
• Track sales performance, traffic, conversion rates, and key marketplace metrics.
• Ensure product catalog accuracy and compliance with marketplace policies.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
