• Integrate AI agents with existing enterprise software (ERPs, CRMs, and communication tools) via APIs and webhooks.
• Monitor agent performance and “hallucination rates,” constantly refining prompts and logic for higher accuracy.

Requirements:

• Strong background in systems integration and API management.
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and low-code/no-code AI tools.
• Proven ability to deconstruct complex human tasks into machine-executable logic.
