Role: Creative Story Editor
As a Creative Story Editor, you will lead content for our mobile game Decisions, available on both Android and iOS platforms. You will work closely with external and in-house writers to craft engaging characters, plots, and story progression.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and enhance dialogues to keep them crisp and relevant to an American audience.
• Generate exciting story ideas and write engaging plots.
• Evaluate story ideas for potential as interactive stories.
• Help authors with story structure and pacing.
• Create and manage internal processes related to the writers’ pipeline.
• Provide constructive feedback and solutions to writers.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Research trending genres/themes for new ideas.
• Be involved in the production of stories from idea generation to testing.

Requirements:

• Graduate with expert-level written and spoken English.
• 5+ years as a full-time editor, with 2 years in a developmental role.
• Strong understanding of branching narrative style of writing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task under strict deadlines.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
