Role: Intern – Talent Spotter (Field Recruitment)
Program: Under the Prime Minister Internship Scheme
Duration: 6-Month Internship

Key Responsibilities

• Create job-specific social media content to attract relevant candidates
• Visit local locations to identify and source blue-collar talent
• Engage directly with job seekers and explain open opportunities
• Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the ATS system
• Coordinate candidate interviews with the internal recruitment team
• Build and maintain local networks and community job hubs
• Meet daily and weekly candidate sourcing goals consistently

Job Requirements

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be willing to travel locally and work actively in the field
• Strong interest in fieldwork, people interaction, and recruitment
• Ability to work independently and maintain a target-driven mindset
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred
• Fluency in local language(s) is an added advantage
