FuGenTex Solutions Pvt. Ltd is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to lead the complete UX/UI design process from discovery and research to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and data-driven design improvements.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions.
• Convert designs into responsive, pixel-perfect front-end interfaces.
• Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance research, ideation, content generation, prototyping, and development workflows.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and usability best practices are followed.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design strategy and innovation.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
• Expertise in Figma — Auto Layout, Variables, Components, and Design Systems.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping.
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile application designs.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with React.js, Next.js, or similar front-end frameworks.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on SaaS, Enterprise, FinTech, Healthcare, or B2B products.
• Knowledge of TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and modern component libraries.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Microsoft Clarity.
