The Architect provides essential architectural and engineering calculations, prepares specifications, reports, and related data tables as outlined in the core contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing new construction architectural services including concept and project development.
• Preparing floor plans, elevations, schematics, and renderings.
• Discussing project objectives, requirements, and budget.
• Conducting feasibility and environmental impact studies.
• Preparing drawings and presenting ideas for customer review.
• Developing final construction plans that detail the building’s appearance and construction.
• Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and fire regulations.
• Attending and leading meetings as required.
• Conducting construction inspections and quality control.
• Verifying design requirements and quality of work.
• Performing other architectural work as required.

Experience & Education:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an NCARB Accredited University.
• At least seven years of commercial project experience as a registered architect.
• Five years of experience in a project lead role.
• Two years of experience in public/governmental organizations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD 2025 or later and other architectural graphic software.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET US Government Clearance.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a diverse team are essential.
