We're hiring a Claude Code Operator at Tapetide.

This isn't your typical dev role. You don't need to write code — you need to know how to talk to AI that writes code.

Responsibilities

• Break down feature specs into clear, actionable prompts for Claude Code.
• Orchestrate AI to build real features based on given requirements.
• Verify that what gets built actually works — end to end.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of how software works, or past experience as a developer/intern.
• Coding knowledge is good to have, but not mandatory.
• Judgment to know when something is working vs just looks like it's working.
