As a UI/UX Designer at Innovins, you will be responsible for designing user-centric web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and clients to conceptualize and deliver wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that are both visually stunning and easy to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
• Design intuitive, clean, and visually appealing UI layouts for web and mobile.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and pixel-perfect execution.
• Conduct user research and apply feedback to improve designs.
• Maintain design consistency across projects and follow brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Deliver assets and style guides to the development team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and user behavior.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Ability to explain design decisions and present ideas to clients/stakeholders.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work (please include link).
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred).
