About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the visual and interaction layer of our products, designing for multiple user types including psychiatrists, practice managers, patients, and billing staff. Your role will involve:

• Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for various products.
• Utilizing AI tools for rapid design iteration.
• Conducting user research and usability testing.
• Maintaining and evolving the design system.
• Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

• 4-8 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer for B2B SaaS or healthcare products.
• Expertise in Figma and comfort using AI tools.
• Experience in designing for clinical workflows.
• Strong English communication skills.
