Join the team leading the next evolution of virtual care at Teladoc Health. As the Manager, Supplier Compliance, you will manage supplier processes and initiatives related to Operational, Regulatory, Quality, and Privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for supplier contractual compliance.
• Develop and deploy supplier agreements across the organization.
• Identify strategic suppliers to ensure compliance and competitive advantages.
• Manage daily supplier compliance functions and audit programs.
• Complete compliance and risk assessment reporting.
• Coordinate education with the Learning and Development team.
• Assist in onboarding new suppliers and maintaining compliance policies.
• Proactively identify high-risk areas for audit.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Health Information, or five years of related experience.
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, and project management.
• Excellent communication and team facilitation skills.
• Ability to persuade and motivate effectively.
